There was no personnel and the app was horrible. When we were dropping if off, it took over 30 mins in the heat to get the app to work and the pics to go through. We called the customer service number, but it was over an hour wait for a rep. Fortunately, my son kept retaking/sending the pics and on the 3rd attempt they finally went through. It was terrible. You need to give different options when a human isn't around to help.
