I rented the vehicle for 4 hours, picked up at 4:20 pm. I returned it in under 3 hours at approximately 6:53 pm. My receipt says I took it back at 8 pm which is not accurate. I was initially told I would be charged $54 for the 4 but my receipt is for $75.

pick up location not clean trucks are located in the back of the store where the homeless population resides. it’s so much trash, feces , and broken glass all over the ground. Requested equipment not available so website not updated for correct inventory accessible at property.

Choicelle PEach U-Haul Rep I spoke to was very friendly and very helpful. There were some changes made to my order, but the U-Haul Rep that I spoke with was able to make the changes seamlessly without causing me any major inconvenience or disruptions to my moving schedule. My experience with U-Haul was extremely good.
