Muy mal servicio de asistencia en carretera no solucionan nada .rente una traila se daÃ±o una llanta estube tirado durante 4 horas esperÃ¡ndo que me respondieran la llamada y solo me dejaban en lÃnea fuis a buscar otras agencias de U-Haul y me disen que no pueden aser nada solo los que llame a servicio en carretera al final busque una llamtera lo repare de mi dinero y retorne Donde lo rente y resulta que me cobraron el dÃa de renta cuando no me sirviÃ³ para nada solo para perder mi dÃa y mi tiempo porque que tirado muy mal servicio y si lo lee alguin que pueda aser cambios a su sistema serÃa genial yo soy cliente frecuente de la compaÃ±Ãa pero despuÃ©s de esto lo dudo seguir rentado solo pido que se me rembolse mi dinero dela renta dela traila y una compensaciÃ³n por mi dÃa perdido . I made a reservation three weeks ago for a trailer for today. I was supposed to pick it up at Brandon, Ms but when I called to confirm the reservation when I got the text they said it was transferred to Jackson. So I called there and they said it was transferred to Morton. I had to drive to that city and pick it up. They did tell me I could drop it off at the original location in Brandon.ken P.
An unassuming location but easy to find. The attendant was having computer problems, but he was most accommodating and got me back on the road with excellent equipment.ROBERT M.

I was rerouted to pick up my uhaul at a location that was 30 miles out of the way. I placed the order more than a month in advance of my pickup date, and uhaul was unable to have the equipment at my requested site. Also, the pickup location they rerouted me to was a gas station in the middle of nowhere that was unable to sign out the equipment to me because a storm had taken out their register/system. I had to call Uhual customer service to check out my equipment. This was something I was trying to avoid by booking my pickup for an actual uhaul location so that any problems would easily be able to be solved by actual uhaul staff. SLOW SERVICE. MANY INTERRUPTIONS. Technician didn't know how to connect trailer to my vehicle. Technician could not work card payment. Had to withdraw funds from ATM in store (additional $2.99 withdrawal fee). NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.ROBERT M.

I returned first trailer because it wabbled after hooking it up. Uhaul employee agreed that it shouldn't wabble after riding in car with me to confirm. He told me the hitch ball was too small so I went to 3 places the next morning trying to find another larger hitch but to no avail. Talked to a friend who told me all trailers wabble before loaded and loading it should solve the problem. Why didn't the Uhaul man know this simple fact. I had to go back the next day to pick up the same trailer which was fine with the same hitch used before once it was loaded. This waisted approx 4-5 hours of packing/moving time for me. Afterwards, I found out that I was charged two times for the one trailer. He failed to cancel the first order, then charged me again the next morning. Are you kidding??? This is elementary!! I called Uhaul 1800 number and they expected me to do their job and hunt him down to get this resolved. I shouldn't have to do anything to resolve the problem that he didn't do his job right nor was he trained well. I also don't like the middleman who promises you a uhaul close by only to find out after you have a contract that you have to drive an hour away to pick a trailer up. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys have to change the way you secure customers. I would much prefer to have this information up front. It only will piss people off to find it later as a surprise. I am very dissappointed with your whole process. I have used PODS before and didn't have a single problem with them. Everything that they promised, they delivered!!!Paula C.
The agent did not come out! The reciept was only for the trailer & not for the 2 wheel dolly inside! nothing signed either. Please mail me a signed copy of this with his signature on it for the trailer & dolly and thier was suppose to be no charge on my card, But thier was, Please take it off!Rick S.
