Nothing really. Was able to drive to this location at a moments notice after going to another location where I reserved and no one was there. Guy here was friendly and set me right up and walked through everything I needed to do. Would use again and again for sure

William K.When picking up the truck, the app/site wasn't working. Took about 15 minutes for it to load (I had a full 5G signal) Eventually it loaded, but then required me to re-enter all my information that I had previously added when I reserved the vehicle. A bit annoying, but once that was done, all was well.

JAMES D.I requested pick up within walking distance. NO!!!! We get sent 13 miles away. Then we're NOWHERE NEAR to our storage load-up location which was 5.3 miles from our ORIGINAL REQUESTED U-Haul location. It was 19 miles to get to our load-up location. I only moved 1.6 miles. Yet now to return the truck It was 21 miles. What percent is the kick back to send a U-Haul rental far from their REQUESTED pick-up point to make the customer pay that much more money? The ONLY good thing was the gentleman at the forced U-Haul pick-up location was very polite and sympathetic to our then more expensive day. All it would have taken was a phone call not a last-minute email to inform me and all this aggravation could have been spared. How much more impersonal does U-Haul intend to get? Paula J Smith

I arrived before the business opened prepared to use the mobile check in and owner came out and not only greeted me but also checked me in. Upon return, he kindly allowed me to wait inside for my Uber. Van was completely clean and ready to go when I picked it up. Excellent experience.
SUSAN S.While I'm all for keeping older vehicles, this one most certainly could have used some wor (with over 107k miles). Every other van I've used has been newer and in better condition. I believe this one needs an update with the transmission, it was sluggish which would also account for the significant fuel consumption (I've done this same trip with a uhaul a few times and never used that much gas). Otherwise I have no complaints about the location at all. I find it to be efficient and quick to use. Equipment like I said is generally in really good condition.

Andy G.When I picked my trailer up I was told it had to be back by 3:15 for another customer. I had thought I'd rented for plenty of time to get my job done. When I realized I would be a few minutes late on my return I phoned and left a message. I returned my trailer at 3:25. All I was told was "you're good to go". Later that night I received my invoice and was charged a FULL second rental since I was ten minutes late. I can understand a late charge but a full rental? the time stamp for my return on the invoice was 3:47 pm. I know I was already on my way home by then. That was just the time the paperwork was closed out in the system. It's not that big of a deal to me and I'll eat the charge but in the future I'll schedule double the time I estimate when renting.

Anna B.I needed to pick up the van at 7:30 AM but the online check in process was overwhelmingly frustrating causing me to change all the settings on my phone wasted over 45 minutes of my valuable time trying to get the rental. I ended up having to give up causing me to have to come back again at 9 AM to complete the process at the counter. It cost me time, money and a big headache!
Miguel A.The owner seemed a bit frazzled when I gave him my name. Then he only had 10 blankets available, not 12. He also didn't look over the truck with me for any damages. I was also never told that I had a cap of 207 miles, when I booked it I was aware that the miles were not capped. I wound up paying an additional $148 that I wasn't expecting. I feel that was something important he should have mentioned to me.
