The man at this location was incredibly rude. We made a last minute reservation for a few hours. He called us to demand we confirm it would only be a few hours because he needed the truck the next morning. We assured him we would return it that night. When we walked inside he ‘greeted’ us with a brusque “what do you want?” He then told us multiple times “we don’t do that here” regarding the online check in. We felt extremely unwelcome and like we had done something wrong when we hadn’t. I will never use this site again and already told several neighbors and the worker we encountered at the business we were using the truck to visit the same. There’s plenty of other locations nearby.

You attached a $1.00 environmental fee. Its only $1.00 but its BS! If you need that $1.00 that bad, put it in the rental cost so you don't look so tacky with BS extra fees.

ROBERT BI would suggest displaying locations online that have equipment on site. The initial site I selected did not have an inventory. As a precaution, I called the U-Haul Support Line and I was told I needed to select a different site. If that info was displayed, it would have made the reservation easier. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

WILLIAM PTrailer had not been swept out in a while. My original reservation was canceled by U-Haul because of availability. A new one was created that had a much higher rental rate. This was not the fault of the pick up location but the franchise.

Richard WThe location I picked up was great and the attendant was super friendly. However, my experience booking with U-Haul on line was horrible! I got switched locations 3 times and the 4th time I was offered a different truck because the one I reserved wasn’t available. Then when I got to the pick up location the gentleman said old me that U-Haul never placed a reservation for me. Thankfully they had a truck available for 6 hours I could use. If I would have known I would went with Penske .. i understand mistakes happen sometimes but this was not pleasant. Everyone was friendly but over all my experience was not pleasant at all.
