I always check the tire pressures when I rent a U-Haul. The tires were supposed to be inflated to 70 p.s.i. and were only at 46 p.s.i. Not a huge deal for me because I work on vehicles all the time, but it could have been an issue for someone else.David V.

Location is fine. Just the Uhaul on-line experience overall is crap. I had to drive an extra 20 miles to and from the location I originally reserved a truck at and got stuck paying for extra mileage. Wrote the email provided to get a credit I was told I would get and they won't respond.RENEE R.

Please notify the customer if there is a change in pick-up time. My original reservation was for 2:00. It was changed to 5:00 and nobody notified me of the change. When I arrived at 2:00 (it is a 35 minute drive to this location), the trailer wasn't there. The trailer was still not available at 5:00. I had to wait until the next day to pick it up. That part wasn't Uhaul's fault since the previous renter didn't return it on time, but still very frustrating. Hopefully, there is a penalty for not returning on time! It really messed up our travel plans.Amy M.

They charged me an extra 41.00 for authorization charge which nobody told me and when I called uhaul in Buffalo where I rented the truck the clerk had no idea why I was charged that fee and gave me a 1800 number to call so not to happy .sherry T.

Location was convenient for pick up. Sales associate at the counter did not seem to be trained well. I ended up being charged for Safe Move, even though I did not select it when booking my reservation online. The associate said the only way it would be on there would be if I had selected it. I told him I didn't, and he had no resolution for me. I called the local regional facility and was told that the associate at the pick up location was incorrect, he must have added it on himself. Regional said I would be credited back the Safe Move charges in full, but I have not seen it credited back to me. I am still awaiting an additional $14 worth of credit.Jonathan A.

For women, you need a cleaner cab. It was a pit - stains, sunflower seeds in the console - just dirty. The overall experience of renting went very well and worked out well for us....but you need to work on the "cleaning" a bit.Lyndon and Conni L.

The office was short staffed resulting in a wait time to get the truck key.Jayme K.
Reserved the pickup in Buffalo then was notified by Uhaul It was changed to Brooklyn Center even though Buffalo had 2 tow dollies. Had to redo the reservation for Buffalo. Had no assistance from employees to hook up or drop off the tow dollie. Had a 1/2 hour wait 3X while they figured out how to complete the reservation on the computer. The place has large dogs in the customer area that bark and growl at the customers. Employees really don't seem to know how to work the uhaul software.Robert L.

While the staff worked with me to change the pickup time, they failed to include any of the additional equipment I requested, such as the dolly. I picked up the truck before the store was open so I had no recourse. If picking up like this eliminates the option for such equipment the customer should be notified in advance. Other than that, the staff was friendly, patient, and helpful.Craig L.

It sucked I had to drive from saint cloud to buffalo to pick up a truck at 1 and it didn't arrive until 3. But it's not the locations fault it's the people that didn't return it on time.Summer S.
The Truck was a fithy mess and also it wasn't the location that I should have been to the Uhaul in St Paul on they put in the wrong dates so I had to drive to Buffalo MN instead of St Paul and add 3 hours to my moving day this is the second time in a month Uhaul has screwed up I'm very angry and disappointedBRIAN L.

Buffalo location opens at 10:00, website gives the option of picking up earlier via website on cell phone. I went thru the process, was told I could do the pickup at 9:00. Truck wasn't ready that morning and I was told I would have to wait until 10:00 when a employee showed up.John S.

I rented the truck, used 36 miles, and returned it within 2 hours. I did add on the extra insurance so my total was $89. I wish that Uhaul would have offered a discount to me for returning it so fast. My quick return enabled you to rent it out right away the same day to someone else, and i just think it would be the right thing for you to have given me a large discount for doing so.
