I have used this location several times in the past with good experiences. This time I received way too many emails and text messages from U-Haul. I was very taken aback by the email telling me that I needed to give you my employer's phone number in addition to relatives so you could verify who I am. I called the Buffalo location to see if that was in fact needed and they told me it was not. The vehicle I rented had an alert on it of "service tire monitoring system" in addition to two lights lit up on the dash. The person at the Buffalo location looked it over and said it was probably a sensor and I could still drive it. I did. The air conditioning only worked when I was not accelerating. I think this vehicle needs some significant mechanical care.

Klatt was great to deal with on this rental. My only complaint would be that their cost for moving materials seemed a little high, so I went to Menard's and bought packing materials which were significantly cheaper.
