I had a truck reserved in Maple Lake, but it wasn't available due to a truck break down. This resulted in paying a lot more than we were quoted for because picking a truck up in Buffalo increased milage considerably. In addition, I had reserved a dolly and this location didn't have it- I was also charged an insurance fee which I had declined in my initial reservation. Not happy at all with this experience!
