Facility and personnel were fine but I couldn't access the facility at the time the rental was due back. The time on the rental return was 9am and they had a 24/7 hour drop box at the street but they had a gate that was padlocked and I couldn't get in and there's no place to put the equipment by the highway. The business doesn't open until 10am and the guy didn't show up for work until 10:10am, so I had to sit for over an hour waiting for someone to show up.

Some guy was there on a Sunday afternoon helping somebody with a car told us just to lay the keys on the counter that was all he ever said they never even checked the truck in so I had to call over there this morning we rented the truck on 27th it was due the 29th we turned it in on the 28th they did not check it in and then tried to charge us when he was checking it in. Would not recommend dropping off at this location things were not clearly marked and it was not an easy location to return

Richie had everything ready for me when I came to get vehicle. Justin checked me out, pulled truck in driveway to get me going, confirmed gas level and off I went. Very professional and friendly. Great place!!!

This was not the original pickup location. The one in listonia was awful and where I’d like to complain about.
