I rent from this location a lot. The owner is very nice and super helpful. I tend to use the app to pickup and drop off my rentals and it’s super easy. The location is close to my house and their is a gas station on the same street which is very convenient. One of the only locations that always has a van available to rent.

Jennifer PGreat location. Easy in and out. Only complaint is it is extremely dark at night. No lights in the whole parking lot.
Jennifer PI retuned the van when it was already dark outside and there was only one light on the property. There aren’t any lights in the parkling lot. It was hard to see and felt a bit scary since this is a big property with a house at one end of it and lot of different vehicles are stored here. I would recommend some overhead lighting for safety and visibility.

Tyler MOur experience was horrible. I paid for a dolly I didn’t even get! The trucks alignment is off and the cab was dirty. And knowing that I won’t see my $28 refunded back to me! And I’m owed my $7 for the dolly I didn’t get! So upset. Very disappointed. Would definitely not recommend.

Holds and more charges and more holds showing a 500+ bill when it should be already paid in full for what she charged I’m really upset with all this.

MARLA PThe drop-off location was not one selected (we had selected "call upon arrival and pick location then") and they gave us a drop-off location that was ANOTHER hour away from where we were. When we called to change it, the offices were closed and we were unable to change it. The location itself was closed and we had to move barriers in order to pull the truck in. There was no clearly designated area for drop off either, so we just left the car in the lot in a seemingly safe spot.

Brian RWill not ever use this location, the person in charge was very rude to my husband and I. She was not welcoming and neither was her location inviting, looks like a dump couldn’t tell where to drop off U-Haul, signs are old and cones where blocking entrance to where I couldn’t drop off U-Haul day before. Had to wait for next day for them to open and lady was very rude. Will not recommend at all.
Ashley AI was rerouted 20 minutes away as I arrived at my original location. After making the drive, the truck ran poorly and smelled of exhaust in the cab. I had the truck for 24 hrs, and was supposed to drop it off at 5:30 pm. I dropped it off at 1:30pm same day, 4 hours early, then was charged a late fee for a whole other day. They also charged an additional cost for dual. I reviewed the contract and it was listed higher than what I received it as but it was close enough I didn’t think it would matter, but it did… I will never use u-haul again. That location is a scam. I will be sure to pass along my experience to others, especially friends and family so they don’t have a similar experience.

Matthew RIn my last few experiences with U-Haul equipment, I am less and less impressed with the age and condition of the vehicles. The vehicle I rented over the weekend was clean and well prepared. But it was aged and in "rough" condition. I had to drive at night, and the headlamp beams can only be described as poor and dangerous.
Diego SEverything was fine as far as U-Haul corporate was concerned. But the agent at rental location was rude, had no clue what she was doing, and it took over 2 hours to get the vehicle.

Sandra FLocation is convenient, but unkempt, and I was aware to look where I stepped as it was a perfect snake hangout place. Both entrances were blocked, so it was a bit confusing entering, and I felt like I was trespassing. The van was hidden between two trucks, so at first I thought it wasn't there. It also took me awhile to find where the key box was as it was at the other entrance. The van was well kept, though.

Brian SVery tight, basically an antique store with an empty lot surrounded by lots of trees. No obvious place to leave keys. If someone is not there would be difficult to drop off. Had to wait and look around to find a person who was very confused why I was there dropping off a truck.

Michael SThe owner was in her house during my schedule pick up time. Called 3 times she finally walked over to shop but made sure she stopped to let her small dog use the restroom. I was on a time deadline so I was already late and she decided to give me a lecture which I knew if I spoke up it would just delay me more. Property literally looks like a trash yard with non working vehicles and junk piles. The uhaul truck was dirty and had trash inside. I had to top at the gas station on the corner to wash the windshield it was so bad. I will rent from uhaul again but never ever this location.
Brittani WThis small business owner was rude and didn’t care about Uhaul business. She didn’t know the processes very well and was mostly confused. She ultimately overcharged me for the equipment used and wouldn’t listen to me to accurately select the proper drop off location. I had to call Uhaul directly to fix my rate for the tow dolly and the drop off location, which took hours of calling.

Moved the barricades, placed the tow dolly, snapped some pics. No instructions or remote drop off info available at the drop off site. Really bizarre.
