Very Poor Customer Service. Bad Communication Which Caused Me To Be Charged Twice Due To The Young Lady There Saying The Truck Was Due Back The Next Day.RIKKO W.
This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was not greeted when I walked in, the employee was on her phone talking to someone being very unprofessional. Her system was down and took a while to explain explain what was going on and then walked outside for a few minutes. I was about to leave and then she wrote down our information and gave us the keys...finally. I told her the mikes I was driving and she added extra so I hope I was not charged for them but honestly just wanted to leave. When I returned the truck, same thing, didn't acknowledge me and still on the phone. She had someone go check the mileage and go upset when there just a few strands of dog hair from my dog. She was going to charge me $50 so I cleaned it myself which took 2 minutes. She also in front of me was complaining to her friend that she just cleaned the truck. The initial drop location was an auto repair shop. The gentleman there said they were not certified to accept trailers, and sent me to Just Stickers 2. Please remove non-functional locations from the list of drop choices. It made the experience less than great, and wasted about an hour of my time.BILLY V.

Have more locations with real people working instead of just a parking lot with a kiosk. When I first made my resevervation I was sent to a place like that, had to call and change the date and time of my pick up so that I could have an actual person help me. It made all the difference in the world. It turned a crappy experience into a great one. I realize that a lot of things are going virtual however there are just times when a real person can make all the difference.Sheri M.

Owner and workers were friendly but didn't go over the tires on uhaul before letting us take off. After leaving the location, uhaul was jerking, loud, and unbalanced. We thought this was due to the bad location and construction on the road but it continued throughout the whole trip. We pulled over to find the tire was almost completely stripped and had to get it repaired. The mechanic said there was a ball inside the tire, which means the tire should have been replaced a long time ago.Terry W.

I have been a uhaul customer for many years and always had a great experience. I am sorry to say that this time was different. I called u haul and asked for a recommendationf for a truck size. I was thinking of a 20 foot truck to move. The agent recommended a 15' foot truck saying that given the inventory that I read off to her, the 20 foot truck would be too big and things would break more easily. I heeded his instructions and went with the 15' truck. It was not big enough. I ended up having to rent a trailer as well. The trailer was not big enough so I ended up having to give many things away. To make matters worse the truck had no A/C and we were moving across country in the summer from Texas. I ended up having to pay the driver while we waited for the repair. The move ended up costing more than double due to the added labor. I ended up giving away over $1200 worth of things. The experience was beyond awful.Diana m F.

Equipment was clean but the truck was very old and drove poorly. Loose steering. Cab was very loud. Was very disappointed with the truck. Would have asked for a different truck but we had a time constraint so we needed to get going. However, the young lady who helped us at the location was very nice and helpful.Jennifer J.
Well, my time to pick it up my cargo was at 7:30am but, the place time was 9:00 to open, Je told us to be there by 8:30am and still was 8:50, This the only thing I didn't liked, but in the other side, the person helped me to fill all the paperwork (I'm sure that was his part of the job) Thank you for the serviceVirgina C.

Grass was grown up around all trailers. Office was dank and dark and not clean. Trailer could have been washed; looked very dingy. Inside had a couple of boxes, but was overall clean.Tires were good and all dents were noted on the trailer prior to rental. Everything worked properly. All trailers were parked behind the building. Building looked as thought it may have been a mechanic's shop.Amy C.

Uhaul moved our location without any notification to us! Then when we went to that location they were closed at the time we were supposed to come pick up the U-Haul! We called and a guy (I think from corporate) said he would come but never came! The guy did allow me to hook up and take the equipment.Jason R.
