Make sure to have someone who knows you and can confirm that you are indeed the person who is renting the truck -- via phone call from UHaul. This part took forever since I wasn't prepared and when UHaul would call my contact, the phone rang once then disconnected before he could answer it. This process literally took 30 + minutes off of the pickup time since they started the clock at the scheduled reservation time. Other than that, it was an easy process. I love this pickup location (right beside the interstate) and the rental truck was, without a doubt, the nicest one I've ever had!

Absolutely nothing! This was an A+ experience from start to finish! I ordered the rental truck online, we picked it up with our iPhone and a key in a lock box and returned it to a lovely lady who works there! She was so informative and friendly! Highly recommend!
