The U-Haul we were given REEKED OF THE UNMISTAKABLE ODOR OF CAT SPRAY! Then on top of that some STRONG DEODORIZER! And the guy who rented it to my husband pretended he didn't notice anything! RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! GAGGING!!!! CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!!!
