None of my equipment was in the truck and the representative I talked to on the phone wasn’t very helpful. I had to drive to another uhaul location to get equipment. Luckily, those staff members were extremely nice and helpful. Also, way too many steps on the phone to get the truck. You should be able to do some of that stuff before.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAnton was great, he even prepared the truck for us as it was snowing outside.
ELLIS SThe U-Haul we were given REEKED OF THE UNMISTAKABLE ODOR OF CAT SPRAY! Then on top of that some STRONG DEODORIZER! And the guy who rented it to my husband pretended he didn't notice anything! RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! GAGGING!!!! CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!!!
