Justice is simply amazing. She’s very accessible and responsive. My location changed from Eagleview to Westchester and she helped me get rerouted back to the Eagleview location. She assisted with changes in the reservation and even helped me organize and assist with my friends truck as we were both using U-Haul as our vendor. It was great having the option to use the bags as I wind up needing them. Overall, I would say that Justice went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend her and her location

Justice was great! Loved the customer service and the friendly help.
MICHAEL JPick up was different, yet smooth. Justice did an excellent job walking me through picking up the vehicle. She was clear, reassuring, and patient. However, someone else called me around an hour or so after I picked up the truck to tell me where to drop the truck off even though I had already arranged a different location with Justice. I felt as if things weren't coded accurately in the system, however thankfully, the individual was able to pivot and confirm that I could drop the vehicle off at my location of choice (7400 Ogontz Avenue). Around 5 pm when I was returning the vehicle, I received another phone call. I believe it was the same individual who called me about returning the truck. The purpose of the call was not clear. I asked if the individual was from U-Haul, and she responded "yes". I then said "I'm at U-Haul now returning the truck." Then she responded, "You have more time." I relayed that I was done with the truck and began to wonder if I had been booked for 24 hours instead of one day/a few hours. I've rented from U-haul before and have never received random calls after picking up the vehicle. I'm not sure if this is a case of doing courtesy check ins, or a case of not having all ducks in a row. If it's the former, I would suggest the caller identifying themselves immediately, stating the purpose of the call upfront, and also sounding bit more upbeat and welcoming.
