The process was SO long. All of the steps to get the vehicle, back and forth in the lot to scan a barcode here, take photos there. The vehicle had food crumbs/debris all over in the cab, on the seats and floor. Returning process was also long, entering odometer and gas readings and taking photos of both, then photos of cab, the back, where I parked. It was a lot. Should be a warning notice about all the steps this service entails.Erica N.
The app refused to let me check out the machine or turn it back in. Just looping endlessly asking for the odometer, i would say zero stars for the appMichael K.
First impression not great, more of a field and with Oregon weather being rainy at this time, the field was muddy. The gentle man that helped us was very friendly, equipment was clean and ready to go on time. He got the unit hooked up, answered all our questions and was very quick with the paperwork. Would definatly recommend his shop to others. He was over all outstandingCharee D.

No direction, were making us do thier job. Very first time with a bad experience with uHaul.Edgar R.
I believe I was overcharged. It was suppose to be $70 for the first night and $40 for the second night because I chose the flexible option and dropped off the UHaul at the location that was chosen for me. But some how the total charge was $175 and Justin's RV's even forget to had the second day after overcharging me. I got a call from the UHaul asking if I still had the UHaul even though I rented it for 2 days. I will definitely not be going back to this or recommending it.GARY ALAN EDWARD P.
