Marcus WThe uhaul was very dirty, the gas was low and both the odometer and gas was wrong, but this location tired to help. I dont like that I drove further and paid more, which made my travel time and money at a loss. As I needed this for a nonprofit, it really effects our budgeting. Uhaul is more to blame for this because my original reservation was moved last minute due to the truck not being available because it needed maintenance, despite having a reservation for it and not getting any heads up there was an issue before wasting more time at the first reserved place location. Customer service did not seem accommodating on the phone. The person at the location at sobrero market was kind and as helpful as she could be, but so much of my time and money had been wasted. Will look at a different option next time.
