The uhaul was very dirty, the gas was low and both the odometer and gas was wrong, but this location tired to help. I dont like that I drove further and paid more, which made my travel time and money at a loss. As I needed this for a nonprofit, it really effects our budgeting. Uhaul is more to blame for this because my original reservation was moved last minute due to the truck not being available because it needed maintenance, despite having a reservation for it and not getting any heads up there was an issue before wasting more time at the first reserved place location. Customer service did not seem accommodating on the phone. The person at the location at sobrero market was kind and as helpful as she could be, but so much of my time and money had been wasted. Will look at a different option next time.

FRANK SThis location doesn't have experienced staff. No one there to connect the trailer and ensure it's on correctly. Had to get help from the meat guy in order to lift the trailer on to my hitch. Customer service is non existent. Very poorly managed. The lady that helped at 630pm was rude and condescending.
MAXIMILIANO CI was told the trailer as a 6x12 but the opening was 5,6 or smaller which was worthless for me because I wasn’t able to do my Job.
