At first they brought this vehicle for me to rent,before i drove the vehicle the right rear lights was broken,the tire pressure lights was on the dashboard,i immediately address these issues to the clerk Jason,I told him i don't want this van,he cancelled this rental contract and gave me another van which was much better,i will like to be reimburse back on my credit card for the first van the was in poor condition,i then paid again for a better van with my credit card.RANDOLPH A.

Attendant didn't check Gas with me and just charged me 3 gallons of gas. He drove the car inside of the yard and charged me for gas when I put gas and left it as I had it before. Not organized.Kevin C.

The only thing I would say for someone that just rented his first uhaul truck would be explanation of the controls in the truck. The service was excellent the guy waited even after the business hours for me to return the truck. I would highly recommend them.GEORGEA K.

I received the uhaul not clean mud/sand everywhere from inside driver seat to back. The person just put outside the lot and left. The oil engine light was ON when checked engine had literally NO oil I bought oil. Terrible customer services and return location. I was advised to find a street parking when returning. There was no street parking at the time I spent hours waiting to find parking. I will definitely will not be using 100-01 liberty location anymore. Very unacceptable.Wazir A.

I arrived at 15 minutes before my pick up time of 9am and had to wait until 920am for someone to open up. Then I was told that my reservation could not be found when I clearly has a confirmation email and print out of my reservation. The first truck that I received had a broken door and garbage inside. However the second truck offered was trouble free. I came for a 9am pick up and left at 950am.Doodnauth S.

The location was not open at 9 am when my reservation was scheduled for pickup. Then not to the fault of the location but of UHAUL this location does not have any dollies or furniture pads which were supposed to be included in my order. The original location did have access to all of the things I requested but UHAUL rerouted me to this new location without confirming they could meet all of my needs. This is the first time I rented a UHAUL. I reserved a truck online, picked it up the next morning as scheduled. No hassle, no problems. The employees were very helpful. The truck was very clean and in excellent running condition. I was able to return the vehicle after normal business hours. All I had to do was create a UHAUL account using my phone, provide a few answers, provide a few photos and that was it. The whole process took about 7 minutes. I'm impressed with UHAUL and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move themselves and save money.Joseph F.

If this is the case then Uhaul should not send customers to pickup vehicle at this location if they deny the insurance online in the first place. The business owner is ripping the customers off. Vehicle was nasty , smell like urine. Bottles garbage dusty . I book for two dolly and didn't receive the dolly. In the event of that I hurt my back . Burnt a lot of fuel . Either this location lies or uhaul, i booked my reservation 10 days earlier and added 2 equipment. just before 10 min when I was about to pick up the van, lady called me saying they do not have any equipment and they never rent equipment from this location. i have to call uhaul to get equipment from somewhere else. first of all if they only let me know 1 day earlier I would've picked it up from somewhere else but they informed me at the 11th hour. then when i called uhaul after 20 mins of waiting on the line the lady from uhaul 1-800 number says it's the location supposed to have the equipment for me, the only solution they have is for me to drive to another location and then pick up the equipment but they will charge me for those extra miles that I have to drive. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION OR TRY NOT TO WASTE YOU MONEY IN UAHUL. home depot have better option.SAFWAN A.
Very friendly and helpful staff. While the lot's setup/location was confusing at first, once I figured out where to go, everything was easy. My only issue was the lack of suspension in the van, but it was an older model and I made the reservation very last minute, so obviously not the fault of the people working there. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone I know in the area.Anna P.
