The facility worker was very kind. Everything about this rental was incorrect. The initial location I went to was not ready at 8 am. I had to go to a second location. That location did not have a dolly. I had to drive to a third location. I was an hour late to my movers and had to pay them an extra $100. The van was dirty and not clean.
