I confirmed with the location the day prior that there would be someone at the location at 8:30 am for our pickup. There was no one there and the number I was given to reach them went unanswered by myself and an employee that was at the same location who worked for another related company. The person I spoke with the day before, who I believe was the owner, said that what I had completed in the app was all I needed to do for pickup, which was not accurate. When we completed all the steps (including having someone call my reference - which was not explained as part of the process) we were able to proceed. All-in-all we were an hour late in leaving the facility with the truck. There was no call from the owner to apologize for not being present or available by phone. No communication whatsoever. I will never use this facility again.
