U-Haul gave me self return instructions to leave keys in Dropbox, there was no drop box. I had to call hail to verify it was safe to return truck keys to the KC Disvount store employee because they had removed a Dropbox from the store location. This was unnecessary stress after a long moving day to wonder about the safety tabs security of the return. The KC employee was very nice and helpful.
