U-Haul was great in the process of obtaining the truck through their photos and precheck from my end - K C Discount was seemingly not sure of the process, the truck was parked on the neighbouring property and they didn’t like that I had to keep my car in their parking lot until I was finished with the truck. I also am not sure if they charged me twice? They processed my credit card before I picked up and processed it again afterwards. They did not explain anything, just handed me papers to sign. There was also melted icecream and a half-drank water bottle inside the truck when I received it. Doesn’t bother me honestly, but for some it might. Overall I recommend U-Haul but this specific pickup location isn’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea.

Difficult drop off. The employee didn’t seem to know what to do. Tried charging us for gas- that we had put back in. Also doesn’t drive- so had us REpark the truck on the lot
Jamie MTruck was damaged upon pickup, didn’t do a circle check with us, truck only had 1/4 tank of gas in it.
David DU-Haul gave me self return instructions to leave keys in Dropbox, there was no drop box. I had to call hail to verify it was safe to return truck keys to the KC Disvount store employee because they had removed a Dropbox from the store location. This was unnecessary stress after a long moving day to wonder about the safety tabs security of the return. The KC employee was very nice and helpful.
