This location was terrible. I did the online check in and showed the employee and he wouldn’t release the key to me. I even called u-haul support where they told him to give me the keys but he hesitated. It took about 40 minutes past my reservation time of him arguing with me that he finally gave them to me. I have never experienced that horrible of service before. I suggest u-haul not to use them for a hub.
