You were great for me. But I felt bad for the next customer because you informed me you were closing the office early and when I dropped off the trailer around 2pm the same day I rented it, a customer was there to pick up their uhaul and your office was closed. Did you forget you had other appts that day?? Not good to close early if you're supposed to be open til a certain time especially for people who've reserved stuff for that day at your location.

wayne mOriginal reserved truck was going to be issued with a check engine light. when i asked for a fix they had an attitude and issued me a truck with a tire pressure sensor light on. when i asked if the tire pressure could be checked i was rudely asked if i could do it myself.

Dale PIt was showing the gas was under half tank on receipt? when you start the truck the gas gauge reads it as just over half a tank I put gas in just before returning it to you. I returned the truck on the 13th of July at 7pm, I tried taking picture with camera in app and it evidently did not go through when I clicked done. I called u haul and spoke with Wanda as soon as I got home at 7:30 pm on July 13th a Saturday just to confirm it showed as returned, she didn't see that on the app, and I even spoke with the wax on wax off owner to let him know that I was returning it that evening since he closed at 2 pm and I couldn't get ride home till after 6 pm. Wanda said she would put notes in my file to confirm I called her on the 13th of July at 7:30 pm, and when I returned the truck. I should not have had to pay for extra gas as I just put a few gallons into it and it said just over half a tank.
jane jThe truck was suppose to be in Poulsbo, but you sent me out of town (with less than 1 day notice) to get it. Once I got there the u-haul computer system was down and I had to wait while the person helping me called the main office to allow me to get the truck. It was like the 3 stooges running a business.

Daniel GWhile the equipment was fine, I've had repeated incidents with the person managing the check out process not being competent with the system. I have not been able to leave within 1 hour of my reservation time because of delays just trying to check out.

VIVA GWe checked the location hours prior to dropping off, it was shown open until 2 we drove there at 11 the location was closed, with a hand wrote note stating to drop the keys in the box which we did, we attempted again to do the return on the app, it would not submit we gave up. The location charged us for extra days 8 total, we had the truck for a total of 4 and then up charged us for gas. After this experience I question if I’ll ever use U-Haul in the future

joyce sEverything was great. However, when we started up the truck the check engine light came on. We had it for a very short time, and only drove a total of 8 miles. We called the next morning to make them aware that the check engine light was on. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hannah EI ordered my uhaul online. I ordered an appliance dolly and 5 blankets. The system added on everything and once we got all that straightened out, I took off. And then thought I should make sure that I have the things I need in the back. Pulled over and there was absolutely nothing in the back. So went from supposedly ordering everything to getting nothing. So I had to turn around and go back. Then when I came to return the truck, that night, my truck was blocked in and I had to do a 20-point turn to get out with assistance from my friend, that was luckily with me. On top of that the uhaul system was not working and I did not receive the email to send the photo of my driver's license until after I left. I would not go back to this location and avoid using uhaul as much as possible.

MARI CThe charges were confusing and excessive. When I finished using the U-Haul I tried to change the location where I was going to return it due to being done a day early, which resulted in over an hour in the phone and a wasted hour drive and additional miles due to bad information from one location.
