Stephen IStaff is incredible, but the equipment is looking less well-maintained. There were broken welds on the tailgate /ramp of the utility trailer I rented, it needed paint, too. A recent truck had something broken underneath that constantly rattled, and the seat upholstery had holes in it. The Brownsville location people do a wonderful job, but corporate might want to take better care of its equipment.
