The employees were very friendly and professional. The only negative part of the experience was that she had the TV news on the television set playing very loudly. I didn’t want to hear the news, especially with such loud volume. I would advise that they should have the TV turned off when customers are in the office. Or play a non-offensive program, as news is very upsetting these days. For that reason I would not go back to this U-Haul if that television set was still playing the news especially at such a loud volume. I could not recommend this U-Haul also to my friends, because I know they also would be offended at the loud television set broadcasting news. Everything else about the experience was good though. I hope that they will read the suggestion and make this change to turn off the TV set.

It was under my impression that if I filled the tank back up I would not get charged for the mileage. At least that's how it has been in the past when I have rented at other locations.
Ryan MIt was closed at 3 pm on Sunday, which I wasn't expecting. I was told by Shoreline office to call them, which I did, but no reply. So probably just to make sure other locations know when a location will be closed. There was a mixup about billing, but I was refunded the mistake, which I greatly appreciate.
