I’m not too happy about this virtual reality. I wanted to deal with the real person not doing picking up and dropping off the truck on my cell phone and picking up the keys. This is unacceptable.

This was the worst decision I've ever made. I will never use this location again. The truck was dirty inside the cab and the box in back. I'm shocked that the vehicle is still in use. The location is completely unattended. The lock on my box was so rusted I couldn't get my keys. I was trying to get my moving finished and I had such a difficult time, I was held up there 40 or 45 minutes. I received a text saying that I was to bring back the truck in 3 hours and I needed it for at least 4 hours. The customer service agent said that he gave me another 40 minutes on my rental. But, I was so late, I was stuck in rush hour traffic and almost didn't get back in time. I was so stressed out and I put more fuel in the tank, than I used. Two weeks ago, I also rented a truck and over filled it by approximately $40. For that much money, I'd have been better off hiring a couple of guys who had a truck and I could have been getting other things done. That location should be closed down.

Shakira LI extended my reservation at 10 14 and then my impersonation disappears when I read the confirmation then repod my truck with all my stuff in it while I was at work no phone call no nothing they took the uhual I could easily been corrected instead they want charge me 300 in wrong drop off fee and gas and they still have my stuff

Marion GI had to do it online because no one was answering the phone and the two people I spoke two where clearly just wanting to be lazy and not do their job so on the app it said one location downtown st pete with one available I make a reservation I go there they say they can’t help me I sit on the phone for 30 mins they tell me a place in largo has one an so does the app okay I go to largo ZERO TRUCKS ARE AT LARGO I sit on the phone again for about 45 mins there’s one one Rosevelt at this point it’s been about 2-2.5 hours trying to get a uhaul I get to Rosevelt blvd location one truck is the one I need I sit on the phone for 30 mins cause the app is ZERO help they guide me through a link I do the shit I pay for it 117 dollars I think and than the WHOLE THING RELOADS and boom no code for the lock box nothing I onto retry it wants me to redo everything and repay so I sit on the phone again for another 20-30 mins and they FINALLY HELO ME NOW ITS 9 pm I go and do my stuff and done but like what the heck why does it have to be this way PLEASE give me a partial refund or something
