There was a mix up with our reservation, there wasn’t a truck in our town, and we had to drive to a town 45 minutes away to pick up a truck. That being said, the U-Haul representative in customer service we spoke to was so accommodating and we got a great deal! We would definitely book a u haul truck again if needed! Fantastic customer service and super convenient for moving.

Charlene CTrailer attachment is somewhat rusty however can still be maintained and oil treatment of WD40 would make attachment easier
Barbara BThe staff was excellent and the only reason I rated it so high, I was on a really tight deadline and only had my debit card to pay. I’ve paid with this card on previous uhauls, but it didn’t work this time and I had money on it, so i was frustrated especially coming all the way from Manitoba because customer service called me to change locations. Due to me having to grab cash, I was late by several hours, very unhappy.
Jake PAgain education and communication with the buisness. Guy didnt wanna take our trailor for whatever reason even though we fought with uhaul over the phone about the location. Like what a mess.
Mackenzie Di had to wait for the guys to show up . waited about 15 min then took them another 10min to go through the tablet to do up my receipt which i never got to sign as apparently it was not needed . and didn't even inspect the trailer ,which was in perfect condition anyway. and i had to unhitch it and park it for them .which was fine, as i was going to anyway .i guess that's what u get for people that wear sandals in the middle of of ------- winter.
