Returned trailer after 8 hr of use. My reward for returning same day was a 20$ charge. Completely unreasonable

I am not impressed with this location. They gave away my 26 foot truck to another person and I was never contacted. Thinking I had a 26 foot truck at $39.99, turned out to be over $400 for a 20 foot truck and it wasn’t big enough. The mileage was supposed to be waived and it wasn’t. I had a terrible experience with this rental.
Cody MWas not the locations fault but I booked a U-Haul over a week in advance in Yorkton and I got a call I had to drive all the way to Kamsack the day before my rental then when I arrived the U-Haul blanket pads I ordered were not even in the U-Haul but thankfully the employee in kamsack had extras he was able to give to me. Definitely will not be booking with U-Haul again
Jake HI rent these from all over and this time I was disappointed the cost was the highest I’ve seen way to much and the ramp would not pull out it was stuck I had to pry it out with bars and also the app that a person registers on in store was terrible took over half hour to rent trailer . The people were the best part of my experience they tried really hard and were extremely nice . But ya way to much and I will look else where first at those prices.
Ryan KReserved a 26 foot truck and or a 20 ft truck and the swan river location was told last minute that the location was closed and only a 15 ft truck was available didn't have enough room to gather my belongings very disappointed
