Reserved a 26 foot truck and or a 20 ft truck and the swan river location was told last minute that the location was closed and only a 15 ft truck was available didn't have enough room to gather my belongings very disappointed

It took 30 minutes to get the trailer ratchet straps were rusty and had problem to lose them off.
Yevgeniy SPlanned on dropping off in swan River but was told I needed to go to kamsack. Wasted lots of time and money on gas to do so.
Brandon DMake sure all the running lights work on the trailer, Mine did not. Have your dealers that can speak clear and concise English.
