Renting out vehicles with bald summer tires in the dead of Vermont winter is irresponsible and dangerous. I got stuck in a tiny bit of snow on a flat part of my driveway and had to pay $220 to have the truck towed out.

STEPHEN GThe first until had a puddle of water so we chose another unit. And the second unit was not swept clean. It had a thick layer of dirt covering the floor. This is not ideal for storing your belongings! We had this unit for about 8 months, and during that time the dirt got all over everything in there. Rodents also got into the unit and tracked the dirt everywhere, along with their feces. It was not a good experience at all!
Barbara R | Overall ExperienceThe van had sticky residue in the cup holders and was dusty throughout. Otherwise everything went smoothly. It is just disappointing the owner of the business does not take the extra step to make sure the van is clean for the next person renting.
KEVIN SThe location for which I had reserved a truck turned out to not have one available on the date needed. It meant an hour drive to pick it up and then an hour to my son's apartment for his move. If the system can be tightened in any way to better know where a truck is available at the time of reservation that would be much appreciated.

TIMOTHY TOverall excellent. The owner was very friendly, and the pickup process was streamlined and easy. My only word for improvement is that the check engine light was on for the truck when I got it and it is technically against U-haul's policy for me to drive it. No issues when driving however!

JOSHUA RReserved a 28 foot truck on 12/5 for a move. Arrived at location and clerk said he rented my truck out on 12/15 and that all he had available was a 15' truck. Had to make multiple trips to get everything done.

When I picked up the trailer, the gentleman was courteous, kind, and had a great sense of humor, making it a great experience overall. I would definitely use uhaul again, if needed.

joseph wMy reserved mobile pickup was not ready when I arrived. Scheduling tried to send me 75 miles away to get another truck. This delay would have cost me $200 paid to two movers, except while driving to Hanover the owner of the location called me and offered to come help off hours.

Merritt KIt would difficult to improve much at this location. I've rented uhaul from a number of places and this location has probably been the one that I've had the best experience with (multiple times now). Any times I have to work on my own box truck, K&R rentals is the place I go to rent a Uhaul until I get my own truck situated.

Kevin MUhaul is extremely expensive. Rental locations are total dumps. Equipment is dirty and broken, check engine light on, something hanging from under the truck dragging on the ground.
Adam LRating portion doesn't work. Trail cleaned out. No left debris from prior use. Did notice some wires hanging after arriving at destination. Brought this to attention of rental facility. One marker light out as a result. Did not impact use. Trailer towed very well. Could easily forget it was behind you. I underestimated the door opening height, but made it work with careful loading. Would rent again if ever needed .
