Unfortunately, it’s just a not a great location to enter or exit onto Route 12. The vehicle was so dirty on the inside. I voiced a concern about the vehicle skipping gears, when accelerating and maybe there was a transmission issue… I wasn’t taking very serious which was annoying. I feel like I really overpaid for the rental. Very disappointed with how much it cost me! So yeah, overall I wouldn’t say my experience with stellar today…

Great location!
Eric LI arrived at 3pm and there was no one in sight. I dropped off the uhaul trailer and then put my contact in the drop box. This might be normal but I’ve never not been able to do a walk around with the attendant. I did receive an email the next am with check in and nothing added to bill.
TENIKA CPeople in the office were extremely helpful. Working with UHaul however was a very different story. Equipment booking was a complete disaster
