The truck we picked up ended up having a low/dead battery. Ended up not starting after filling the truck up with gas to bring back to the return location. Guy recorded the gas was filled above a 1/4 tank when it was only at a 1/4 tank. There were other major issues with this brand new month old truck where we could barely get up small hills without it wanting to stall. It felt super unsafe. Not sure why this guy felt it was ok to allow this vehicle to be driven off the lot to begin with.
Mindy SUnfortunately, it’s just a not a great location to enter or exit onto Route 12. The vehicle was so dirty on the inside. I voiced a concern about the vehicle skipping gears, when accelerating and maybe there was a transmission issue… I wasn’t taking very serious which was annoying. I feel like I really overpaid for the rental. Very disappointed with how much it cost me! So yeah, overall I wouldn’t say my experience with stellar today…

Eric LI arrived at 3pm and there was no one in sight. I dropped off the uhaul trailer and then put my contact in the drop box. This might be normal but I’ve never not been able to do a walk around with the attendant. I did receive an email the next am with check in and nothing added to bill.
