I would never recommend or rent from uhaul again after this experience. Will use a different rental company. Absolutely terrible customer service and requirement was not cleaned and safe to drive.

Have the trailer where I reserved it and not 45 min away because you let someone else have it. You could also have moved it from the alternate location to the place I originally rented it

Personnel friendly. Truck in terrible condition and handed to us with only half tank of gas. Stuck on road with broken down truck for 4+ hours. No compensation offered and still charged for gas at drop off.

Overall excellent. The owner was very friendly, and the pickup process was streamlined and easy. My only word for improvement is that the check engine light was on for the truck when I got it and it is technically against U-haul's policy for me to drive it. No issues when driving however!

Since my time for my reservation had changed, I was unable to access the app to pick up the moving truck. I wish the app would have said why I was having trouble logging in and what I needed to do.

Have an updated app/system so that it notifies folks that their original location actually has the truck you reserved. We had ordered a 15' truck for Williston, VT. Our truck was guaranteed in Berlin, VT. We went to pick it up in Berlin and then I got a call from Williston rep that asked, "We have you picking up a 15' truck here and you didn't show up". He then went on to say that they "put someone else in different truck and now had a 15' truck available there". Well, we sent two people (at $90/hr) to go get the truck in Berlin when, if your system was real time with notifications, we could have avoided all the hassle.

Jim at K&R Rentals is someone I can count on when I need to rent uhaul vehicles so I don't go anywhere else even if it means adding an extra 40 miles to the bill. I enjoy helping people move that do not have the means to do it themselves so I use uhaul to make it happen. Thank you!

The roof leaked getting a lot of my things soaked as it raining on the way to my new house. I filled the gas to where it was and then was charged $46 saying it was below where it was when the truck was picked up

Reserved a 28 foot truck on 12/5 for a move. Arrived at location and clerk said he rented my truck out on 12/15 and that all he had available was a 15' truck. Had to make multiple trips to get everything done.

Uhaul not only installed my whole Reese hitch set-up, they also made sure I had what I needed, when I needed it. When I picked up the trailer, the gentleman was courteous, kind, and had a great sense of humor, making it a great experience overall. I would definitely use uhaul again, if needed.

Trailer had a bad tire on it making it bounce down the road. Stopped at another u-haul shop to see about getting tire replaced. Was told you have to call roadside assistance. Called roadside assistance and they got someone out to replace the tire. All was good with that experience

My reserved mobile pickup was not ready when I arrived. Scheduling tried to send me 75 miles away to get another truck. This delay would have cost me $200 paid to two movers, except while driving to Hanover the owner of the location called me and offered to come help off hours.

Jim from K&R was super helpful thru the 2 years I rented there. I would recommend his storage units any time, always clean and very convenient. Having U-Haul right on the premises is a plus.
