Maintenance of vehicle
MANOHAR AThe “gentleman” who handled our pick up was crude, a misogynist, obnoxious, and unprofessional. He also made a point of telling me that I was overpaying (I agree). The dolly’s weld was broken, and there was no ramp to load the truck with. The blankets appeared clean. The only positives were: location, and that the same man was not working when I dropped off the truck.

Like it was my problem and he did not do anything to find a solution besides asking somebody else (from that province) to provide their drivers licence. What if I was by miself!!!

Fouad MCharged me extra. I paid extra $20 than the original charge. When asked about the additional charge, the employee at the location said he can’t do anything and asked to contact U-Haul. He was extremely rude and forced me to add insurance coverage even after I refused.

He gave me vehicle with lots of dirt which made my clothes nd my brand new leather sofa material dirty i have pictures of everything i would never recommend this location to any of my contact also i would never recommend Uhaul to anyone else I would rather use any personal rental vehicle companies’ Worst experience’
Deepkumar MVan was dirty in the interior and exterior. However, it did serve our purposes. Your associate was rude and condescending. For instance, when my wife expressed our concerns how dirty the van was, he snapped back, " If you don't like it, you can go to Clark St location and get one there." Also, he was frustrated that we did not know the new security measures required ( driver's licence photo and scan) and how to do it. I also had to repeat many times how long I needed the van, as though his listening skills were very poor. I have used U Haul many times and have been very satisfied with them, but I will not go back nor recommend this location at all

Sheldon GAssociates were very rude. While Uhaul let me to book a truck at 9PM, they said they wouldn’t have given it to me. They even said I wont would take be getting a truck even After booking as they close soon and there is no drop off. Had to request him again to give the truck and had made promises to return the first thing when open store on next day. Such a hassle and the way they talk is very rude. Has the worst experience ever.

Carlos BThe service takes a lot of time and we loss near to an hour just to get the keys. One thing I was having my wifes credit card and ahe was not with me and they refused to accept the card even I told I can call and give the access. Then my friend who accompanied me gave his card and before proceeding, the representative asked permission from him to pay for the rental. Its not making sense if someone gave the card for payment by himself then why they need the approval by word. As I used 2 times U Haul before and I was expecting the same good thing but happened was not expected.
Sandeep Vthe on-line process was difficult for me, so I chose to do an in-person check in. That took significantly longer, so I will try the on-line next time and let you know how they compare. I personally like interacting with a live person better.
Sheila HVan needed maintenance. TPMS have faulty warning signals which meant I wasted time checking the tires and paying to fill the tires (though they didn’t need any air). Alignment was also badly off leading to heavy drift by the vehicle.
CHRISTOPHERPAUL HI only rented the truck for 3 hours soninleft my car in the parking lot for that time. I would have been uncomfortable leaving it there for any longer given the part of town it was in.
Kathie CI added more fuel to the truck, I asked the M7M rep. to consider the extra fuel i added to the truck, he said to me, he cant do anything, i need to follow up with UHaul. Kindly advise ..

pravin bMake sure to identify all dents before leaving the location. Hard to see if anything has been noted as already damaged and don’t want to be charged in error. Was not cleaned by previous renter, so be prepared to clean depending upon what you are moving.

Vladyslav KI took it for just 30 mins and just 5KM I filled the gas, still they deducted 65$ They told me I will get remaining amount refunded but I didn’t get it. Very frustrating experience
jeffin jLocation nice. Van smelled like a barn stall. Tire was flat. I was overcharged on KM’s by $20. But, I failed to get good picture of starting KM’s, so I have no recourse.
SEANC DNothing it was great just try to mindful of the gas prices lol, the uhaul was a bit expensive, so it would help customers to cut down a bit on the price. Thank you!
ALY CMyself and a friend were meticulous in the effort to return the van cleaner than when i picked it up. The store employee made comment that the vehicle was dirty and that the next customer had taken photos and submitted to uhaul. He said there was cigarette butts and garbage left in the van. I know for fact the van was clean. We dusted, swept and mopped the front AND back inside the van. IF there was a cigarette butt, it would have come off of the bottom of my shoe, from the parking lot of K & M mini mart after the vehicle was returned and the employee requested that i go back to the van to take a photo of the odometer and fuel gauge readings. I believe that by lodging a complaint of this nature, the employee was setting me up for a scam to charge me more in the future and pocket the money. I have rented trucks from uhaul, several times and there has NEVER been the issue of a dirty truck upon its return. I have also rented storage space in the past and upon vacating the unit, i was sure to make it spotless.
B MThe rental process was too time taking due to the UHaul’s process. Their system to scan the back side of drivers license is tiresome and not sure if it will ever work. The person at the counter was very patient and helpful with repeated failures with verification. May be these details could have been collected and validated before the visit if it is such a time taking process. 5 star to the KM Mart representative who helped. Please streamline the verification process.

wayne nThis location needs to have more moving vans or pick up trucks available for rent. I was unable to extend my rental time.
Brenda MI got cargo van 1hour late. Plus, I see the previous customer return the truck before me, didn't sanitize the space, u-haul representative DECLINED to provide sanitizer wipes even to clean with myown. I took pictures of dirty floors (probably someone's spit on driver side) which I took photos of it. I have to manage cleaning by myself while receiving it. Worse customer service I have ever received till the date. Dont recommend this location. Even try to reach u-haul customer service by phone, it was lond waiting time aswell. I could have better options with other rental companies.

ALEXANDER MTHE RATE IN THE CONTRACT WAS 0.59/KM, I WAS CHARGED 0.95/KM.AFTER 2 DAYS TALKING TO THE DEALER, HE SAID THAT HE CHARGED 0.69/KM, AND A REFUND WILL BE AUTOMATICLY DONE. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK, NO REFUND YET.
AKRAM BThe inside of the uhaul was not very clean. The van had damage (already reported but not fixed) on the side. The man inside the store was extremely rude to me and made me wait 20 minutes while he yelled at someone on the telephone and ignored me, the customer! When I returned to drop off the key after use he was inside the store yelling at another person, extremely loud! This was my second time using this location and will definitely be my last! What a terrible establishment! I’ve learned the lesson. Never again.

michael mPut a key drop box in the place. The place suppose close at 11:59pm, but I arrived 11pm and the place was closed and I need wait 40 minutes for someone in uhaul answer the phone and tell me to keep the key and drop off another day. Very bad experience.
