The “gentleman” who handled our pick up was crude, a misogynist, obnoxious, and unprofessional. He also made a point of telling me that I was overpaying (I agree). The dolly’s weld was broken, and there was no ramp to load the truck with. The blankets appeared clean. The only positives were: location, and that the same man was not working when I dropped off the truck.
Sarah LThe system would not scan my BC drivers licence. The person behind the counter said there was no other way for my to rent the truck. Like it was my problem and he did not do anything to find a solution besides asking somebody else (from that province) to provide their drivers licence. What if I was by miself!!!
