ALPHONS JI'm not sure what the standard is, but the truck was not clear of ice and snow. I was lucky I drove there to pick up the truck; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to clear the ice and snow off with my brush, and it wouldn't have been drivable. There was also no windshield wiper fluid, so it was hard to see towards the end of my trip. Otherwise, the truck was great, and the experience was great. I would still rent from U-Haul again. Thank you!
ALEXA BTold me I had the truck for 24 hours. I told him I only reserved it for 2 hours but the guy at the counter said no it’s for 24 hours. I was confused so he explained that the 19.95 fee is per day + any km you put on it. Clearly that’s not true.
