Very polite and didn’t let the snow stop him from renting me the equipment the other place I called said his was covered in snow and he wasn’t going to dig it out
SHEILA KRenting out vehicles with bald summer tires in the dead of Vermont winter is irresponsible and dangerous. I got stuck in a tiny bit of snow on a flat part of my driveway and had to pay $220 to have the truck towed out.
HENRY WOur box truck was literally full of cow poop, and had a quarter tank of gas. Then we drove 40 miles and were charged 35$ for gas and 30$ to get the gas filled.
ROBERT HNothing needed to improve service. The personnel did an awesome job of processing my drop-off smoothly and getting me on my way. Wonderful facility which I'd recommend in a heartbeat.

MORGAN RThe condition of the trailer had damage to the tongue, tires and wheel wells. There was no way we would chance driving 800+miles in the condition it was in. My husband had to deflate the tire and dismount it to remove the wood and straighten the rim. Thankfully we have a shop that allows us to do this as it was clearly overlooked when it was last checked in.

DIANE SEverything was great- I especially appreciated that my parents were able to pick up the U-Haul for me and that my card was able to be charged. I was worried there might be an issue with them picking it up- but it wasn’t! Great experience.
STEPHEN GThe first until had a puddle of water so we chose another unit. And the second unit was not swept clean. It had a thick layer of dirt covering the floor. This is not ideal for storing your belongings! We had this unit for about 8 months, and during that time the dirt got all over everything in there. Rodents also got into the unit and tracked the dirt everywhere, along with their feces. It was not a good experience at all!

Donald MThe van had sticky residue in the cup holders and was dusty throughout. Otherwise everything went smoothly. It is just disappointing the owner of the business does not take the extra step to make sure the van is clean for the next person renting.

Hannah PThe location for which I had reserved a truck turned out to not have one available on the date needed. It meant an hour drive to pick it up and then an hour to my son's apartment for his move. If the system can be tightened in any way to better know where a truck is available at the time of reservation that would be much appreciated.

JUSTIN GHave the trailer where I reserved it and not 45 min away because you let someone else have it. You could also have moved it from the alternate location to the place I originally rented it
ANGEL LThe app did not work just dropped keys in box which really is all that’s needed after hours so no one was around
TIMOTHY TPersonnel friendly. Truck in terrible condition and handed to us with only half tank of gas. Stuck on road with broken down truck for 4+ hours. No compensation offered and still charged for gas at drop off.

JAMES LOverall excellent. The owner was very friendly, and the pickup process was streamlined and easy. My only word for improvement is that the check engine light was on for the truck when I got it and it is technically against U-haul's policy for me to drive it. No issues when driving however!
ETHEN BSince my time for my reservation had changed, I was unable to access the app to pick up the moving truck. I wish the app would have said why I was having trouble logging in and what I needed to do.

JOSHUA RJim at K&R Rentals is someone I can count on when I need to rent uhaul vehicles so I don't go anywhere else even if it means adding an extra 40 miles to the bill. I enjoy helping people move that do not have the means to do it themselves so I use uhaul to make it happen. Thank you!

JOHN LReserved a 28 foot truck on 12/5 for a move. Arrived at location and clerk said he rented my truck out on 12/15 and that all he had available was a 15' truck. Had to make multiple trips to get everything done.

SHANE GUhaul not only installed my whole Reese hitch set-up, they also made sure I had what I needed, when I needed it. When I picked up the trailer, the gentleman was courteous, kind, and had a great sense of humor, making it a great experience overall. I would definitely use uhaul again, if needed.
