Dropped the unit off after 2 p.m. and the store wasn't open, although the U-Haul website said it should have been, which required me to download the u-haul app to properly return the vehicle and return the keys. The drop off lot was clean and spacious, and easy to navigate and park the vehicle.

I contacted U-haul about this the moment I picked up the truck. I was told but the phone representative that she would note my account. I want to be compensated for this. I’m not a happy customer at all!!! I’ll NEVER use U-HAUL AGAIN!!!

Marc wYou can actually put your fucking U-hauls in the place people request to pick them up so they aren’t charged more for mileage than what they were expecting. Had to pay an extra dollar a fucking mile to take it from Lyons back to Hutchinson where my shit was because that mileage wasn’t covered like I was lead to believe it would be. Was charged the same to return it from where I moved because there wasn’t a place there. Yet U-haul doesn’t care, they force you to pick it up where THEY want you to pick it up and basically say fuck you deal with it. Dumb pieces of shit.
