Odometer reading was incorrect. I took pictures of the odometer for corrections Gas Guage reading was incorrect; I drove the truck 1 mile and was I informed I owed $8.00 in fuel. It was corrected I was charged $43.00 in trip insurance I did not request or authorize. When I brought to your attention I was told I had to pay it then dispute it. Unbelievable. Sadly, I am also a storage rental customer of yours spending in excess of over $400.00 a month in rental fees and this is how I am treated. I have not written a negative review in over 10 years, but today's experience and the way it was responded to and treated was absolutely ridiculous. I think the the very first and foremost thing you can do as a local company is to teach your employees to STOP AND LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. I will not elaborate here, but am more than willing to to discuss at a later time.JOELLYN M.

It was not entirely clear where we should park the truck. There were n other U-Haul trucks or trailers in sight. Wasn't sure it was really the right location. But the app seemed to accept that it was. Process took a little time but was not hard, and all the steps were understandable as to why they were there. I was disappointed that I brought the truck back full when it was NOT full when I picked it up but still got charged for 11 extra miles. The extra gas was way more than the extra mileage. The staff at this location (Christine) went above and beyond to help me with my Uhaul pick up. I didn't reserve moving equipment, but she took the time to help me add on to my reservation. Have the vehicle parked near the entrance when possible. Although there were several open spaces near the entrance and the paved lot; the one reserved for me was parked the farthest on the gravel lot.FRANCES G.

When I got the U-Haul, I opened the cargo area and it had not been cleaned. There was busted glass everywhere and trash. My rental dolly or furniture pads were not in the truck. I had to go in the office and request it cleaned and request my rental items.DANIEL S.

The Uhaul drop off/pick up area needs to be clearly marked and due to construction, there was not easy access to drop off the trailer. The drop off location wasn't the same as our email and planned drop off so the lady had to call to get it fixed for us. It took about 30 min. to drop off and get paperwork finalized.Melissa B.

Need better signage. Drove right by and missed the location. Employee who checked us in is to be commended. She got completely soaked in a hard rain checking us in. Need to issue company rain coats or umbrellas. We didn't go inside the facility.Blake P.

The location was great. However, this was the worst pulling trailer I've ever towed. It felt like the brakes kept engaging - the trailer was tugging on my truck, which resulted in a VERY bumpy ride.Tod H.

The trailer I had a contract on did not have functional lights. I got a smaller trailer for the same amount (?) and had to return it within 17 hours (?). I thought that rental was 24 hours! Not good for uhaul, but only person working did the best that she could with inadequate equipment. The smaller trailer was too small. Had to do extra trips with my personal car!Constance M.

Even though I returned the truck with an extra 1/4 tank, they had the audacity to charge me for a measly 19 extra mile for $8.00. I think this is not a way to treat a customer especially when they're going to profit from the extra gas. I do not blame the drop off location,but the company policy.Mario B.
The vehicle was dirty. I took it to my location and loaded it up that evening. When I got into it the next morning to start my drive from TX to CA is when I noticed that it did not have a center console. It was too late to return it because it was already loaded. The vehicle's air conditioner was not working properly and I sweated my ass off on a 1600 mile drive through Texas and Arizona. There was also no cruise control. Equipment was incredibly sub par for the price I paid and the distance I had to drive. I liked the people I picked it up from and they were incredibly friendly but the equipment was terrible. No cup holders due to no console, bad A/C and no cruise control. Made it a very hard trip! I will not rent from UHaul in the future due to these conditions!Christene M.
