I’m giving my experience 2 stars because I had to wait nearly 2 hours to complete my corporate reservation. The U-Haul representative at the location was very nice and cooperative, but they were unable to assist me over the counter. I then contacted U-Haul customer support by phone and initially waited about an hour. For some reason, the support process was discontinued, and I was placed back in the queue for another 30 minutes, only to be transferred again without getting any real help. As a last-minute attempt, I was finally able to complete the reservation through the app, which was surprising because the app usually seems to be where reservation issues happen. Overall, I was disappointed with the long wait time and the difficulty completing the reservation. The van itself was in decent, usable condition, and I had no issues with the vehicle. Checkout through the app went fine.
