The attendant only spoke Spanish, the store closed earlier than posted on the operating hours, and there was no lockbox. When I called the number to ask about the lockbox, the manager told me I had to return the truck at a different location. When I arrived at the new location, I was told I would be charged a fee if I did not return the truck to the same location I rented from. The most frustrating rental ever!!!MICHAEL D.
They seemed very unorganized and also gave no instructions to where to leave the truck or the keys after hrs and charged me for 2 days when I went to return and was closed.AMIE DENISE P.

The man at Mi Cargo Katy Postal was doing great at first till end when he tried to add on some random charge it went from okay your total is $63 and some change too okay sorry sir your total is $94 and some change. I went to calculate because I asked him how is that possible and he said it was the total I calculated in my head then took out my calculator to show him and he changed it back too the $63 and some change. Then he went to make a smart comment about oh I don't work for uhual they just have a truck here and I do the work shouting so others can hear. We returned truck with the half of tank how we got it and the man charged us $12 and some change on the receipt this morning in my email! He is just trying to squeeze every dollar he can this is not affordable and easy as uhaul makes it. What a terrible experience I will know now to go to an actual uhaul location so they are not so petty next time. I would also like a refund for my money of the charge for gas of $12 .Melllanie A.

I would not recommend your locations because it is impossible to be found. I drove around for 1h and I could not find it. A friend that new the location had to go and pick it up for me. Google maps do not take people to your location.Ivana F.

I couldn't find a dropbox near the Postal+ Office. I will have to take the keys all the way back tomorrow morning. Is it so hard to install a dropbox to a wall near the office?Omer C.

Katy Postal was limited with their availability of trucks, but had what I needed and was very accommodating.Jim C.
We reserved the truck for 9am. The location is supposed to open at 8am according to the u-haul website. When we arrived, the doors were locked. We tried calling and no one answered. We called customer service and they couldn't reach anyone either. They said they couldn't help us. The people showed up around 10? When we went to return the truck, there was no one there AGAIN.Christy M.

Not much really unless you want to give it free. !!!!!! I think the Mileage fee is too high for long distance( out of town rental). Those who rent one or 2 days to move few hundred Miles should pay few hundreds only for Mileage , that is much too much. It should be kind of Gradual decreasing Fee or Maximum Fee per day or rental .ALAIN F.

Answer phone in English and identify it is a postal AND UHaul establishment. Outdoor sign indicating it is a UHaul place would be helpful since it is in a commercial park with several businesses. The small "portable" UHaul trailer doesn't indicate that.Carol G.
