Please let the representatives know that I did not had the chance to thank her, and please retrain the personnel at Katy Grand Parkway North, specifically the weekend personnel, they are very rude and disrespectful. JUAN GOverall, he went well. Have not received the final charge, but I was being charged for items. I did not have in my truck, including a dolly and furniture pads. Aside from this experience was good.

The truck was fine. It was clean and ran well. The return was easy. I believe that everything was handled well and the minor 10 minute delay was beyond control and was handled without problems and with good customer service.Thanks

DAVID PThe rate per extra mile was not visible to me when I reserved on line. The only thing I saw was the 24 hour rate and the total estimated charge. It was not until I picked up the truck that I was told that there was a $1 per mile charge after 51 miles. U-Haul should make this more obvious at the time of reservation.
LAWRENCE EYour spectacular online car pickup service is wasted by the poor signal one has when arriving at the site to do the whole process. This has happened to me in different places, especially when uploading images. If you had a Wi-Fi service on site, it would be perfect for the online service. Otherwise, an excellent service.

SAMI EThe van was apparently not well serviced before my rental. The driver’s side front tire was low on air pressure, the windshield wiper reservoir was completely empty. I learned that when I needed them while driving. The interior wasn’t dirty but did have minor debris from the previous use. I returned it clean, with proper air pressure, and a full reservoir. My pickup and drop off experience was very good. The people were very nice.

MONIQUE JThe truck I picked up on Saturday morning was filthy. There was cat/or dog (dirt) paw prints all over the seats. There was what I believe was cat litter all over the floors. The entire dash board was dusty/or again, appeared to be coated with some kind of sand/dirt. I also was dealing with little black bugs/maybe some kind of ants? going back in forth in the dash board and in the seats...that was to say the least frustrating and gross. I would also like to suggest for the UHAUL app (if this can be ran up the chain), to remove the limit of photos allowed to be taken when the vehicle is picked up. I attempted to take more photos for my benefit and it would not allow me as there is a maximum. I would encourage UHAUL to have a cleaning crew/personnel, to wipe down, sanitize, and/or do a kind refresh of the truck prior to the next reservation, pick up. I upon returning, did wipe down the entire dashboard, console and doors, seats and floors. I also returned it early, so if there is any chance i could receive any type of reimbursement, that would be awesome! - Other than that, thank you for providing a way to transfer my belonging from Houston to Dallas and it has to be said, EVERYONE, I spoke to leading up to the picking up day, were BEYOND FRIENDLY, kind, supportive and did provide genuine customer service, which is sadly obsolete in our world today! I was impressed how personable the two ladies were I spoke to on the phone. One when I booked, and the second when I made a follow up call. Thank you, feel free to contact me with any questions.

ADRIAN PIt was a very easy transaction! I will definitely be using their services again. The only note I have is please pay attention to the reservations people make. I declined the 15.00 safetrip insurance they offered (twice it asked) and was still charged for it. I had to call and get it removed. Other than that the service was great!

Tyler DMake sure the equipment is checked properly. The trucks I received was dirty the first one had heir in it and the second one had dirt in the front and back I had to sweep the back before using it. The gears jumped fa few time to other gear.
Kendra JThe staff person who helped me was nice, but it took over an hour to get a trailer that U-Haul asked me to transport to San Antonio and it took me having to call the health number to figure it out.

I was given another truck, but it had barely 1/4 tank of gas, and everytime the truck came to a complete stop it would die and I'd have to restart it. No blame to the shop since the trucks go from place to place, but this truck needs serious maintenance.

Scott MWhat a terrible experience. I’ve been a longtime UHaul customer and I was provide with terrible service. First, the location did not have the opportunity to upgrade from a 10 to a 15. Then, the vehicle kept emitting the strong dark fumes that seeped into the vehicle, let alone the environment. The A/C was sub par. And despite the terrible weather conditions currently in place in Houston, we were not offered a few hours of grace to turn in our truck. I was charged 50$ more and yet the truck never spent a full 24hrs with me. It’s a shame I am being treated like this despite always choosing U-Haul as my number one truck rental provider.

Christopher OThe drop off process after business hours is incredibly frustrating. The app and website both struggled to recognize my location and to process the photos I uploaded. The app proved to be entirely useless, and I had to refresh the website easily 20 times to get anything to work. What should have been a simple drop off took roughly 45 minutes.
