Easy pickup and delivery, excellent customer service, I recommend 100%.
SAMUEL LI booked my U haul online with out safe drive option but they charged me 30$ on final invoice , when called Customer service they said some one will call but no one did . U haul is just trying to charge extra irrespective of what you book online.
Milind BI had a short trip, taking three loads from my old home to my new home in Katy. I drove 29 miles. When I filled up the tank, it took 27.3 gallons at $69.00. Whoever rented before me didn't fill the tank. I want a reimbursement, please. When I returned the truck, no one was at the office.
MICHAEL HThe truck smelled awful. There were crumbs of chips in the front. I paid for a dolly and I was not made aware that it wasnt available until i picked up the truck. It made it difficult to move things.

Javier CEverything was excellent, but please request a pushcart and two small carts to carry boxes and furniture. I did not receive any of these and was charged.

Ivan NThe manager literally told me they prioritized their storage facility over uhaul. Made me wait for a long time to attend to me. He literally said he was too busy to process my return and will get to it when he can. Next time, I will only go to a full uhaul location.
DANIEL AThe employees wouldn’t let me finish speaking and was quick to get me out of there. They set me up for a round trip when I asked for a one way trip. It took the location that I thought I could drop it off to that explained everything. When I got there and explained the situation there was no effort to try to fix that I got charged double the mileage for the mess up on their part.
WESLEY MThe location was fine the charges for 4 hours of use were outrageous. 160 dollars to go from katy to montgomery in a 10ft truck is crazy.

From the very beginning, she welcomed me with a positive attitude, answered all my questions, and made the whole process much easier. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service, and it really makes a difference. The facility is clean, organized, and well-located. I would definitely recommend this place, both for the quality of the storage and the outstanding customer service. Thank you for such a great experience!
LILIBETH JMy appointment to pick up was 8 am. They did not set up for me to pick up digitally die to a last minute change when it was discovered the yruck I needed was at another location. We had to wait which delayed our movers. I would like a $70 credit for the extra moving time as well as a credit for milrs which 36 miles not 50. Best Regards, Dr. Ellene Polidore

The truck was fine. It was clean and ran well. The return was easy. I believe that everything was handled well and the minor 10 minute delay was beyond control and was handled without problems and with good customer service.Thanks

DAVID PThe rate per extra mile was not visible to me when I reserved on line. The only thing I saw was the 24 hour rate and the total estimated charge. It was not until I picked up the truck that I was told that there was a $1 per mile charge after 51 miles. U-Haul should make this more obvious at the time of reservation.
LAWRENCE EYour spectacular online car pickup service is wasted by the poor signal one has when arriving at the site to do the whole process. This has happened to me in different places, especially when uploading images. If you had a Wi-Fi service on site, it would be perfect for the online service. Otherwise, an excellent service.

SAMI EThe van was apparently not well serviced before my rental. The driver’s side front tire was low on air pressure, the windshield wiper reservoir was completely empty. I learned that when I needed them while driving. The interior wasn’t dirty but did have minor debris from the previous use. I returned it clean, with proper air pressure, and a full reservoir. My pickup and drop off experience was very good. The people were very nice.
