Everything about this experience was top notch! I - along with prolly everyone else - do not like moving - but getting the U-Haul at this location was extremely easy and efficient and it made the day much better! Thank you!
Chris DSafety is a concern to be standing out in the dark taking several pics of the truck upon return. It would be great to possibly send a quick video instead and a drop box for the keys return rather than standing attempting to unlock a lock box at night on a back street with limited lighting.
