Lanisja sMorning of the rental I get to my moving location to realize the two moving dolly’s were not put into the truck. I had an early pick up at 6 AM so I did everything through the app. The store location was closed and customer was absolutely no help. The customer service rep literally told me she didn’t know what to tell me. I was transferred several times. Different rep answers the phone said”HOLD ON” and put me on a uncalled for hold. No one could help me. I paid people to help me move and two hours was wasted looking for a dolly. I ended up having to go to the store and actually purchasing one. As if moving isn’t stressful enough this was absolutely the worst and frustrating experience with u haul.
