there was no signage as to where the U-Haul part was. the person was helpful but hard to understand.
James MClear communication. I signed up online without SafeMove and ended up with a $30 charge for it. I was talking to another customer a few steps away and just remember the lady holding up my card and saying something like “charge card?”. Absolutely nothing about “would you like to add SafeMove” so I can decline again. Someone please call me so we can get this resolved.

Tanmaya BSeveral issues with the experience first they canceled my original reservation. Then they Made a new one which required me to bring the truck back to the original which charged me an additional 100 miles on my rental. There also an issue with customer service on the phone and they was not very helpful in solving the issue. The did give me a credit of 50 dollars but that didn’t even add up to half what the issue cost me. Also the amount of time waiting to get the truck and return the truck was crazy seeing how I was the only customer
