Have one set price, include gas in the total price! I picked up a washer and dryer in State College, Pennsylvania from Clearfield PA, and had to rent a 15' uhaul and pay almost $160! JUST BECAUSE I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO A TRUCK! And there was no other equipment available apparently. Never again will I use uhaul, and I will spread the word around to anyone that I can!meggan B.

Gas tank was 3/4 full and the storage bed was full of dirt. It was filthy. When my husband returned the truck, he filled up the gas tank AND he sept out the storage bed. I called the place where we picked up the truck and told the man about the 3/4 tank amd how filthy the bed was, he dId sorry about that. In my opinion, my husband d should, ateast, get this money back for them extra 1/4 tank of gas he put in after the 3/4 tank we started out with. Amd him having to clean the previous renters mess on the floor. Apparently, no employee checked the truck over when it was returned.chris R.

Cab floor was dirty and there were items on the dash from a previous customer. Hand truck was unsecured in cargo area and had a broken wheel. Looks like I'm the who paid for an irresponsible slob. Very friendly and personable agent though.Terry R.

The gentleman the helped me was rude and condescending, didn't give me a jack with the cargo trailer rental, had to lift the trailer by hand to unhitch it. He forgot our 2:00 appointment time (had confirmation email with the time) he called me at 9:00 telling me I missed the appointment, and was rude when I told him the appointment was at 2:00. Overall, will not return to rent from this location.justine D.

I only needed a 10ft truck and this location had at least two available but the online reservation page was only telling me a 17ft was available. I felt this was Uhauls attempt to force me to rent the bigger truck. I didn't like that!! The salesman was able to edit my reservation and let me use the 10ft I needed. I was overcharged for gas. They were going to charge me a $20 fee for returning it because he never said that I needed to confirm return on my phone. This was an intown move in a 10' boxtruck. I drove 9 miles and added 2 gallons of gas. He charged me $5.97 more than the original $38.28, and that was with an estimated 16 miles. So I actually got charge for miles I didn't use too! He was rude and even let the door swing back into me when we went out to the truck. I tried to contact uHaul to complain about this but they did nothing. Very upset at the crooked uHaul dealer and at the kack of support from uHaul!kristen W.

The no contact way didnt match up with the website. Was told the lock was on back of truck, it was on building. Lock wouldnt open, truck had hole in ceiling and water was all over floor, which then got all over our furniture. When we went to return it, it kept rejecting our mileage and eventually we just gave up. I was also charged an $87 pending charge and a 162 charge. The actual bill was 100.62. They changed the 162 to 100, but I still have the pending 87 pending on my account and my money is being held by KB. NEVER AGAIN!Kylie H.

I pick the truck up and the 1st thing I had to do is clean out the inside there was cigaret ashes paper bags leaves rocks and that was in the cab had to sweep back out and I just left it the way I had itERIC S.

17 foot truck 170,000 miles ran well. Little over 7 mpg on gas.Plenty of padding covers provided. Small hand truck provided but worked for what I needed. Very helpful gent at rental location KB Motors.peter S.

No brakes on trailer to help hold back wore out my new front brakes on my truck they were smoking and on fire drove 4 hours to get a car and had to leave it because of burnt out brakes on the truck trailer should have brakes to ease the truck brakes like on other trailers it will cost me almost $300 to replace the brakes and came home empty no I will not rent another u-haul trailer not happy at all. very bad trip waste of timeHarry W.
