I picked up the equipment was not in working order lights did not work. They forced me to take it They said they could not refund me. I felt unsafe driving with that trailer. Would never recommend anyone going there.

The lights on the trailer were not working at moment of picking up the equipment and the person at the location did not do anything to attempt to repair it and let us leave with the damaged trailer. Also, the door of the trailer kep getting jammed abd we were almost not able to use the equipment when we arrived at our location. It caused us a lot of trouble and time lost because of poorly maintained equipment and the lack of service. Also, we were charged for an extra day on our final receipt saying that we returned the equipment at 4 pm on the Friday, but we brought the trailer back before noon on Dunday. We should have only been charged for 2 days, not 3! Not satsfied at all of anything in this rental and whish I would have dealted with another company instead!

Le camion avait des bris mécanique et le locataire nous a mentionné déjà le savoir. Il nous a dit rien pouvoir faire pour nous. Nous avons appellé le service routier et sans aide non plus. La seule personne qui nous a aidé est la locatrice situé à St-Antonin.

We told the lady that it would be a 1way trip 3 time from edmundston to shediac. Told us it was all set good to go. We got to Moncton for drop off and they told us it was a supposed to be drop off in edmundston. They charge us a wrong location drop off when we told them it was a one way trip edmundston to Moncton. This costed us $260 extra, we will not be using any other services from uHaul, since they can’t even take a reservation right and cause issue to people and we are the ones stuck to pay.

Nous avons vecu une mauvaise expérience avec la personne qui nous a louer le Camion de 70 Avenue Mgr Plourde, Edmundston nb non seulement ils ont annulé notre réservation du dimanche à la dernière minute après avoir raté notre travail et la scolarisationdes enfants et l'aide. Le lundi quand nous nous sommes presenter dans le bureau de ladresse montionnée au dessus la personne qui nous a reçu ne voulais rien savoir de l'annulation de notre réservation ne voulais meme pas lire le message recu du dimanche il nous a montionné qu'il ne va pas se déplacer à son bureau pour mettre le code sans être payer ,et comme nous n'avons pas le choix on a pris le camion disponible avec un pris quii à été corrigé après sans contrat papier et quand nous lui avons demander ou nous devons faire le retour du camion il nous a dit de le mettre dans n'importe quel station U-Haul, Et grâce à Micheline et son equipeU-Haul Sur Armand-Viau-déménagement que le problème a été réglé , si non on sera chargé de 600 dollars de plus , et elle a accepter de garder le Camion et faire tout le nécessaire pour arranger le dégâts causé par le monsieur de Edmundston Je remercie infiniment une autre fois cette belle dame qui nous sauvé avec professionnalisme et maitrise de son travail et je recommande de louer sans hesitation chez U-Haul Sur Armand-Viau-déménagemen et j'espère que l'autre personne qui nous bâclé sans information sera corrigée

The clerk was very patient and helpful. I wish there was a better timely process to check in, get refunded, to rent another trailer, instead of the client having to call UHaul directly to handle this process.

YOUR MAIN OFFICE IS A DISASTER. THE WAY YOU RUN THIS BUSSINES IS A DISASTER. vERY POOR ORGANIZATION. i THINK YOU NEED TO START OVER. FROM TOP DOWN. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME RENTING FROM YOU.
