it's not the fault of Kdp entreprise there where really helpful and understanding. But U-Haul send me a message the day before my rental and I had drive 2 hours just to get my Truck. And also the message I got told me the truck would be ready at 12h30 and I only had it at 16h. Again, not the fault of KDP entreprise they tried to call the guys who and the truck several time, but poor organisation from u-Haul

Daniel KI was supposed to have a 26 foot, had a 20 foot. Had to place stuff in 3 other vehicles, that was my only issue. They didn’t have it there but in St-Basile there was a 26 foot one.
MICHELE PNo proper signage. Was in the back of a used furniture store. Very sketchy. U-Haul was not cleaned. Muddy paw prints and dog food on the floor. The counter attendant was amazing though.
