I was supposed to have a 26 foot, had a 20 foot. Had to place stuff in 3 other vehicles, that was my only issue. They didn’t have it there but in St-Basile there was a 26 foot one.

No proper signage. Was in the back of a used furniture store. Very sketchy. U-Haul was not cleaned. Muddy paw prints and dog food on the floor. The counter attendant was amazing though.
Troy LPrepare nice and polite, but access of the parking and office is difficult. The truck was not clean and not well maintained.
