truck had NO windshield washer fluid in it when i picked it up. could have better cleaned inside but was ok. Both staff members were pleasant to deal with. the service desk was above average and helped immensely when i was a tough spot
Bruce Bit's not the fault of Kdp entreprise there where really helpful and understanding. But U-Haul send me a message the day before my rental and I had drive 2 hours just to get my Truck. And also the message I got told me the truck would be ready at 12h30 and I only had it at 16h. Again, not the fault of KDP entreprise they tried to call the guys who and the truck several time, but poor organisation from u-Haul
