This comment is for u-haul not for the location I picked up. Keg n bottle were great. Not letting the customer know about changes to reservations the night before. I reserved a vehicle two weeks prior to be picked up at 9:00 a.m. and I woke up to an email send at 9:30 p.m. about not having the vehicle available at that location. I had to spend an extra 20 dollars for an uber to take me to another location.Jazmin V.

There were muddy footprints and smudge all over the passenger side floor. When I tried to say as much on the Uhaul app, it would not let me move forward. I was trying to check in. There was no key box in the parking lot, as the app and prior experience with this location told me to expect. So I entered the store, and a rude, passive-aggressive, horrible young man decided he was having a bad day and he would find every word, every jesture, and every tone to punish me, and challenge me to fight back or lose the truck, or whatever was on his mind. Do NOT tell me you don't know what I am talking about. THEN!!!! Just to add one day, you charged me $73!!!!! Your company had me trapped. and you knew it. So fuck you SO hard for that. Returning the truck, I had to deal yet again with a disgruntled white man who is having a bad decade because he thought Donald Trump was going to make his life seem more important than it is. He took one look at me and knew he could punish, abuse, insult, and hurt me to his heart's content. Just under the radar; just enough so he was hoping I would take issue with how he was treating me, so he could have license to completely decimate me. I was able to swallow my own pain and discomfort just to get through it, largely because there was a much younger man with dark hair working at the same time as this Archie Bunker misanthropic throwback to the 50's....I have no idea his name, but with one glance, he told me, Don't worry. With one look he showed he got what was happening, and I got through it. Needless to say, I will NEVER darken the door at Uhaul ever again, for the rest of my life. And Keg-N-Bottle at 3566 Acadia St. will be a crime scene as far as I am concerned. Fuck you, Uhaul.louise T.

I rented the truck for 19.95 got insurance . Used it for 5 hours filled up the gas . Went to drop off the key they guy said to leave it the week will be back in the morning . Got my bill it was $89 dollars . For what ?? Makes no sense. Used uhau at another location last year maybe 7 hours bil was 40 something dollars not bad so I'm lost for the 40 dollar increase . It seems odd to rent a truck from an old fashioned liquor store, but the people who helped us were very nice and efficient. Checking in on line didn't work for us, and check-in was so fast we needn't have bothered.Elliot W.
Was charged for additional insurance when I initially declined this. And was charged for extra gas when I took a picture of the fuel level and had the attendant adjust the gas level on my paper before leaving - which was then not entered into his own system.. so upon drop off they tried to charge extra for gas I didn't use.Michael C.

The rep is clearly incompetent in knowledge about the vehicle's size. When I returned the box truck, the another rep lied to my face about the gas mileage that I used. Incidentally, I waited for half an hour just to check out. Apparently, there was only one computer that was able to process U-haul service. Very Disappointedjames N.

Why are all the U-Haul pickup/dropoff points in such dirty areas? might be the climate of the town in general...again a lot of 'mindless' people around, just walking in the middle of the street drunk, screaming. thankfully the roads were not busy and I could easily get around them but was hard not to stare. Overall was not bothered, and the personnel were tired and blunt but very helpful and helped me out with the process.Kane R.
My complain is not about the location but abut Uhaul. Uhaul didn't have the size of the truck I reserved and I was contacted one day prior so I had to get a smaller truck and go back and forth a couple times, I wouldn't recommend Uhaul.ERICK R.

The location and service was excellent. My problem is with U-haul. Why does it take days to get my deposit returned to me?Henry J.
Drop off location told me if I turn in the trailer they would waive the extra day fee for the truck because someone needed the trailer. Went and dropped off the trailer within 20 minutes of them calling and then dropped off the truck two hours later and I was charged an extra day for both and they told me there was nothing they can do. Although I was very disappointed that your mobile app kept declining my California Driver's license as an "International Driver's license" so forced me to pick up the truck a couple hours later(because of morning business) in person, I was very pleased with the energy and efficiency of the Keg N Bottle itself for its speed and efficiency working through the queue of people when they opened for the day. Returning the truck later in the day was also a quick, efficient experience. So, kudos for the personnel, no praise for the mobile app which cost me a couple of valuable hours on moving day which is the same time lost on a previous snafu when a truck wasn't available due to a late return so qualified at that time for a discount.anthony S.

Keg-n-Bottle UHaul was at a convenient location and had the size of truck I needed. They reserved it as I requested and it was clean and in great condition. The service was prompt.GAYLORD H.
Vehicle wasn't available at reservation time. Service representative escalated frustration by a gruff and unhelpful manner - not offering to help - wouldn't swap for another truck, wouldn't adjust for a later reservation, wouldn't consult and resolve with uhaul until I demanded he do so. Upon return - even though I had fueled the vehicle beyond the level at checkout - they still charged me for more fuel at $5.00 gal. I put on 40 miles - added four gallons, was charged for an additional four gallons - 8 gallons for 40 miles?Terrence M.

Not the fault of the agent, but there was alot of issues concerning getting the computer to process our destination. Even though the correct destination was on the contract, he was unable to get the computer to accept it, and an alternate city was selected....which we learned later, changed our drop-off location....Mark M.

Was disappointed that I made a reservation for a trailer for a move across the country. The day before my scheduled move I called the reservation hotline and was told there were no trailers available and I would get a $50 voucher. I was stunned. I would recommend not lending out a same day U-Haul return for a guaranteed U-Haul pick-up reservation. My â€œguaranteedâ€ pick up was changed not once but twice after my preferred location was also changed two days prior to pick up. I also lost my â€œguaranteedâ€ $50 back after I had to upgrade to a 20â€ Uhaul which is all that was available at 7pm on 8/29 after my 1:30pm reservation was changed to 6:30pm and there was still no U-Haul. This inconvenienced my whole day. My road trip to Washington, my movers, my furniture pick up which was at 2pm had to be moved to the next day. I'm 110% unsatisfied and upset with U-Haul.EUGENIO H.

The first truck I rented had the check engine light on. The second one (this rental), was much cleaner, and had no dashboard warning lights on. When I p[icked up this rental on Aug. 18, I went inside the store, versus the app system, and the man in the store was delightful, cooperative, just a really nice man. So, overall, in these 2 experiences, I had no idea it would be so easy to rent and return a truck. Thank you!louise T.
