They should have more people available to help with U-hual. The first time I went there to pick up the truck only (to get the trailer later), and the clerk at the desk was helpful, but I had to wait in a long liquor store line before I could get the truck.

I did the self pickup and drop off. At drop off, it says to put the keys in a the drop box. But there is no drop off. So I had to go into the liquor store and hand it to the guy, and he seemed a little confused that I was just giving him the key and not checking out with him.

I couldn't find your employees.

Don't let walkins cut in line before those with reservations. Were unable to be flexible or friendly about fees.

The staff members we dealt with directly were both helpful and very pleasant. They provided us with recommendations and were quick to assist us to meet our needs when booking the rental. A great customer service experience.

Location is a liquor store. We drove into lot and waited 10 minutes to get direction from someone. The person we met directed us to move the trailer to a back lot. I had to unhook it myself. He did not inspect returned condition of trailer or seemed to care.

If you are going to charge customers $4.50/gal for not returning the vehicle to the gas level it was checked out as, then you should also reimburse customers that return the vehicle over than which they checked it out as.

when they say fill the tank, the tank should have been full from the previous renter. i went 42.5 miles. it took ten point five gallons of fuel to fill it back up. that would infer that i was getting only 4.25 miles per gallon. i think it's possible that the truck wasn't really full when i picked it up. it either has a faulty gauge or the prior renter didn't top it off.
