The return at Keg N Bottle was unprofessional. The individual in charge of the returns must’ve idled the truck until it was below a quarter of a tank and fraudulently billed us for the $30 fuel service fee and an additional 7 gallons of fuel for $43.75. We returned the truck with only a 1.5 gallons used for the 30 miles that we traveled with it, and only expected to be responsible for about $9.38.
BREE TI understand the $20 a day but insurance charged for each day is bull.
Shawn DA required lock box should be on site outside of store business hours as appointment times are not professional meet.

Rattapon STruck was very dirty and after I drove it and unloaded the truck wouldn’t start. I reached out to the drop off location for assistance and was directed to roadside assistance. I had a flight to catch back and had to pay to move flight since I had to handle the repair of the truck instead of getting help from your company. The customer service was horrible. Then when I did drop truck off had to wait almost 10 min since the only employee was no where to be found. Multiple customers couldn’t find him.
SCOTT LThis was not my chosen pick up location. The day prior to picking up the truck, I received a very early morning call changing the pick up location, It was not convenient. I was not told to go to a liquor store. I arrived at the address, it was a parking lot with a small, old strip mall . One UHaul truck was in this public parking lot. I had to call the CS number to find out where to go. I went into the nearby liquor store, the young male had no experience leasing the trucks. Another male eventually assisted him, and together they completed the transaction. It took quite a while. They could not answer basic questions.

mige bDrop off location was changed on me last minute. No big deal but what’s the point of choosing a pick up or drop off location if you guys are going to do whatever you want in the end.
Charles BSupport called me to help find a drop off location and added an extra day to my rental for an overnight dropoff. Location said that uHaul often does this to its customers especially at this location. There was no "red dropbox" for keys at this location as described by your associate. I would like a refund for the extra day added.
MARTIN KDid not even receive a dolly I paid for, linen, or the other tools I had purchased to use for the day. Was overcharged for no reason. If we didn't use the equipment I feel as if I should get reimbursed for the money.

Kelsey LI was overcharged $110 for the mileage. I only went to a couple places & they said I drove over 70miles. When I picked up the truck it was a 1/4 of a tank lower on gas. So, obviously someone had been driving the truck & they didn’t log it. I got burned by that& they wouldn’t fix it. Other than that it was cool. Sad to see no one believes anyone anymore.
Cathy KThe guy renting out the truck was a kind of a jerk when I dropped off the truck. I returned the truck at 2:00pm -1 hour after it was due- on my receipt he put that I returned the truck at 7:00 pm! WTF!!! Also, very difficult to get in and out of the rental location.

Kim BOnly a 1/4 tank of gas was in the truck, actually it was less. returned it w 3/8ths of a tank...4 gallons more than when I picked it up. Cab smelled like a smoker had used it, it had been cleaned but the odor lingered. BRAKES!!!! Vibration whenever they are applied at slow and highway speeds, feels like a rotor is warped. Reserved a furniture dolly online, when I arrived to pick up my rental, staff discovered that they were out of them. Offered a refridgerator handtruck as compenstion...what I needed was the dolly.

Raul AThe original pickup location given was different. When I got there I found out that the truck was in a different location, so I was forced to make a 2nd Uber ride. That added an additional $30+ to my expenses.

Edward MStop using the word "family". Not everyone that uses uhaul services has a "family". Stop sending prompts for renting accessories without knowing if the store has them or not and adding them to people's online shoppimg carts by default to make a few extra bucks. I have asked for dollies or carts before just to find out there is none at the store to use.
sara aYou did not have all the equipment I ordered when booking the rental. Only one furniture dolly was available.
Lance TI ordered a TV shipping box which did not show up. No one told me, which complicated my move. If something isn't available take 20 seconds to call or text the customer as soon as possible.
mike cFor starters, the back of the uhaul had a bunch of weed (small buds everywhere). It smelled of weed & rat/mice piss! I had to blow out the vermin shit out of the back with blower! The cab also smelled like shit! I also had to blow it out before I used it. In the cab, driver’s side, there was left over half eaten chocolate candy (looked like rats nibbled on it). The plate on uhaul was from Arizona…if I contract Hantavirus, I will be contacting my attorney! My house-hold goods I transported in uhaul are now contaminated! I will never, ever rent uhaul again! I even incurred an additional $35 charge?? First and last I will frequent Keg and Bottle location in Clairemont! Homeless dude crashed out on bench prior to opening liquor store on day of pickup….crazy homeless looking gal in front of store with 2 kids and dog raising hell at drop off…

Bryon BI bought two dozen furniture moving pads for my move. I was assured two days before that the truck would have furniture pads. The day of the rental, I was informed that they did not have furniture pads, leaving me high and dry.

Calvin bHad to file a dispute. Person that provided contract initially provided the wrong truck, didn’t redo the contract and as a result I needed to file a complaint with uhaul due to improper mileage charge. I will likely never use uhaul again in the future. I will also be opening a dispute with my credit card provider.

Adam LThe Guy who checked me out at this location was very nice. The problem, however, was that the folks at my original location (near my house) failed to stage the keys and this prompted a call from customer service pointing me to the point Loma location. While making my way to Point Loma, I received another call saying that location does not have the van that I requested and that I must go to Claremont. This is the second time that the grand Avenue location has failed to stage keys for me, causing me to drive all around San Diego to get a van

MARGARET DMake sure my reservation is confirmed at the store. They did not have my reservation which was made in advance. Not their fault… The employees were very nice. U-Haul messed up on their end.Also, I refilled with too much gas. How do I ask for a refund?
