One of the tires on the trailer I rented was not properly inflated and was going flat on the interstate during my trip. I had an inflator and corrected the problem. Make sure tires are properly inflated before renting a trailerDARRELL C.

Drop off location was over 30 minutes away from where I request adding an hour drive on to the back end of my rental. Between that and where I had to pick up the U-Haul added over 2 hours onto my time plus the cost of gas which is currently very expensive. No one was there when I dropped it off so I still have not been able to get reimbursed for the furniture pads I paid for and did not receive.Kevin A.

Perfect pickup/drop location. The gentleman was very courteous. The only issue was return. I could not get through to a representative on the phone for return. Eventually had to go online to do it. We sat on hold for 32 minutes on two different phones. We arrived for drop off at 8:05. We kept the phone on waiting for someone to answer and found the online return. I am disgusted with Uhaul. I called three times in the last week to verify that the truck would be available this Saturday and my husband got a call the day before that the truck had been double booked and whoever could get to the location quickestwould get the truck. There is no mobile service in the area for mobile pickup. It took 45 mins to complete the pickup thru uhaul.com. After using two different phones and driving to the parking lot across the street for one more bar, we finally got it. This caused me to arrive at my storage unit after they closed, in turn I could not return my truck on time.Leah H.

My truck wasn't there. The shop was closed even though it was during business hours. I had to call and my reservation was redone to match the vehicle present and the customer service rep was Amazing. It took half an hour to resolve and I was on the road.Nicole H.
I had rented for 2 days due to selling and buying at the same time and closings were on different days, closings didn't occur as expected. I was able to keep the truck for 5 extra days without issue! I don't feel that U-Haul tries to serve its customers. I requested a 26 foot truck for the location above but was informed that they could not bring one there. I would have had to go to a site about 20 -25 miles away from where I lived whereas my preferred site was only a mile away and I was moving to a new place around 10 miles away. I didn't feel comfortable driving a truck and had hired a driver as part of a moving crew. The driver charged $1.50 per mile to drive on top of the $0.89 per mile that U-Haul charged. Those charges would have added up very quickly as the truck would have have to be returned back to the distant site. There were 20 foot trucks available at my preferred site and I went for that option as it would be cheaper. I could not get everything on the truck and had to make a second trip but would have gotten it all on a 26 foot truck. I was charged the same price by U-Haul for the 20 foot truck as I would have been for the 26 foot truck. My preferred site did not have a furniture dolly available and I had to go to another U-Haul to get it about 1-2 miles away. They didn't have 26 foot trucks either. The person that I dealt with at my preferred site tried to be as helpful as possible but it was obvious that U-Haul didn't stock him very well. I give him high marks for his attempts at helpfulness and would recommend him highly. As far as U-Haul goes, I had used U-Haul often in the past and was happy enough with them unlike this last move. They didn't used to charge mileage charges for trips under 50 miles if I remember correctly and now they do. If I have other self moving truck companies available for future moves, I will look into them before I go with U-Haul again.Rachel H.

Just make sure the Return time is correct. Mine wasn't, and I had a charge on my credit card that was incorrect... but I emailed UHaul and your agent, Mr. James Harris, made the correction for me with my bank with no hassles. He is why I will highly recommend this location. Mistakes happen..but when the correction is swift and hassle free, they are easily forgiven.Lynn W.

I was upset that there was no place closer where I could pick up my uhaul. The extra mileage from pickup location to loading location caused a mileage overage. Thus we had to pay extra, albeit very little. When I called the 1-800 number to reserve the uhaul truck, we agreed on a pickup location but they actually scheduled it for another location. The closer location had no trucks the size I needed. I had originally tried to reserve the truck via online site, but it would not work.rebecca W.
